What began as an internal initiative at Latitude IT has now grown into TechSalaries (www.techsalaries.com.au), an independent company that is driving transparency and equality in tech recruitment across Australia.
The vision behind TechSalaries was simple but transformative: bringing recruitment companies together to share salary data, thereby promoting fair pay and helping reduce the gender pay gap. By aggregating real-time salary data across tech roles, TechSalaries empowers SMBs to compete on a level playing field, and it gives job seekers a clearer understanding of their value in the market.
Alison Evans, Co-Founder of Latitude IT, highlights the significance of salary transparency for women in tech:
